5. Certification and Assessments
Members enrolled in certification programs agree to comply with the rules governing assessments.
For the Work Readiness Certificate Course:
Learners must complete the course modules before attempting the test
The final assessment contains 100 questions
The minimum pass mark is 60%
WoRI reserves the right to review or revoke certificates if misconduct, cheating, or academic dishonesty is discovered.
6. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to behave respectfully and professionally when interacting on the platform.
Users must not:
Harass or abuse other members
Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Disrupt training sessions or learning forums
Violation of these standards may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
WoRI collects personal information for the purpose of:

Refund Policy
Work Readiness Institute (WoRI)

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to the Work ReadinessInstitute (“the Institute”) for its programs, trainings, certifications, and relatedconsultancy services. By enrolling in any Institute program, the participant(“Participant”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.1. General PolicyAll fees paid to the Institute are non-refundable, except as expressly providedunder this Policy. Upon payment and confirmation of enrollment, the Instituteallocates resources and reserves a place for the Participant, thereby limiting theavailability of such opportunities to others.2. Limited Refund EligibilityA refund may be granted only under the following circumstances:2.1 Cooling-Off PeriodA Participant may request a full refund within forty-eight (48) hours of payment,provided that: The request is submitted in writing; and The program has not yet commenced.2.2 Program Cancellation or PostponementIn the event that the Institute cancels or postpones a program: Participants may opt for a full refund; or Transfer their enrollment to a rescheduled session.If the Participant is unable to attend the rescheduled program, a refund shall beissued.2.3 Exceptional CircumstancesRefund requests arising from exceptional circumstances (including but not limitedto serious illness or emergencies) may be considered at the sole discretion of theInstitute and must be supported by appropriate documentation.3. Non-Refundable CircumstancesRefunds shall not be issued under the following conditions: Failure to attend scheduled sessions (including “no-shows”); Withdrawal after the commencement of the program; Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations not aligned with theprogram description or objectives; Failure to complete the program for any reason not attributable to theInstitute.4. Transfers and SubstitutionsSubject to prior written approval by the Institute: A Participant may request to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort ofthe same or similar program; or Nominate a substitute participant to take their place.All transfer or substitution requests must be submitted at least five (5) days priorto the program start date.5. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds shall be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) businessdays from the date of approval. Refunds will be made using the original method ofpayment unless otherwise agreed.6. Administrative FeesThe Institute reserves the right to deduct 30% administrative charges from anyapproved refund, where applicable.7. Method of RequestAll refund requests must be submitted in writing via the Institute’s officialcommunication channels and must include: Full name of the Participant; Program name; Proof of payment; Reason for the refund request; and Supporting documentation (if applicable).8. Limitation of Liability The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential lossesincurred by the Participant, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, oropportunity costs.9. Policy AmendmentsThe Institute reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Anychanges shall be effective upon publication through official communicationchannels.
